In accordance with applicable data protection laws and the requirements of the platforms through which you may interact with our services (including Meta/Facebook), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Vikawaky Group LLC and its operated services.
To request the deletion of your data, send an email to contact@vikawakygroup.us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address or user identifier associated with your account or interaction, so we can locate your records.
If you accessed any of our services using Facebook Login, you may also remove the connection directly in your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Removing the app revokes future access; to have previously collected data deleted, please also submit the request described above.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal data associated with you from our active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, regulation, or legitimate legal obligations (such as tax or accounting records).
After the deletion is completed, we will send a confirmation to the contact address used in your request. If you have questions about this process, contact us at contact@vikawakygroup.us.
